Since I've been working with varsity of people from free-beings to business men, I saw the need for something that can give a powerful boost, recharge and calm to the body and mind and soul levels. I was long ago combining different tools in my own practice , and it was often that I thought "I wish I could do all of the exercises I know and like together, without needing to spend three to four hours of my day. That was the moment where I saw in a vision how a perfect tool like "InnerVation" can be the solution. In one short hour I blended the most powerful practices that I have under my belt, and created a smooth and profound flow.
From the physical to the mental and into the spiritual, this practice will take you on a "journey" of self recharge and self development. Since I know the demands of busy life, I have created a solution for those who have only 15 or 30 minutes a day. The classic flow of InnerVation practice is Now available in formats of 15 - 30 - 45 - 60 minutes, as per your choice and availability.
You can also choose Only one part of the classic 60 to practice (ie: only meditation). the online course is divided into 4 full flow video guided practice, and sub divisions of each element, as a personalized practice.
