A unique experience that combine wisdom and teaching from East to West. We will be offering theory and practices of Meditations (such as Vipassana and Taoist meditations), sacred movement - Qigong and Yoga, Heart-centric emotional work and tools for healing and clearing. We will immerse into dance, DMT shamanic journeys, shamanic wisdom from different traditions, Rituals and ceremonies.
The mornings are dedicated to Zen style pratices while the nights are all about Shamanism...
